Thank you for your purchase at one of our locations. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. You may return the purchased product to us "same day of the purchase" for a store credit for future purchase, or same day exchange. By phone calls, we will not be able to issue a credit for future purchase. For replacement, purchased product should be brought back in original condition.
Once purchased food products, there will be no cancellation issued. But in case of future catering orders or live events orders can be cancelled 7 days before the for 100% refund.
With in 7 days - the cancellation policy is 50% of the payment will be deducted before the cancellation is processed. The cancellation of the future catering orders can be cancelled through our website only. Email / Phone call communication for cancellation will not be accepted.
Once the Purchased food products, there is no refund issued for whatever reason - only exchanges can be issued based on the onsite Manager discretion.
